AI VPS Hardware Check Bash Script

This script provides instant hardware diagnostics for VPS instances prior to deploying local AI/LLM workloads. Its primary function is to quickly verify CPU support for essential vector instructions (AVX, AVX512, FMA), which are critical for preventing CPU inference bottlenecks.

In addition to CPU capability flags, the utility displays the virtualization environment, available memory, and system load.
